Julie Taboulie’s Mediterranean Pita & Pizza Peel is custom made and hand-crafted using carefully selected solid hardwoods that are sustainably harvested from cherry and black walnut wood in Upstate New York to create the most unique product possible. Each peel reveals a rich natural grain pattern that make each piece extraordinary. You can be confident that no two peels are the same. Handmade and hand-sanded into an ultra-smooth surface and finished with food safe natural mineral oil to enhance and maintain the woods natural beauty, while also polishing, preserving and protecting this heirloom for many years and many generations to come.

The Julie Taboulie Mediterranean Pita & Pizza Peel is long grain, custom made of sustainably harvested solid cherry wood with a black walnut strip and is available in three custom sizes; large, medium and small. Simply select the size that best suits your baking needs.

·      To preserve and protect the luster of the wood, periodically treat the wooden handle of this product, periodically treat this solid olive wood with food-safe mineral oil, natural beeswax or bee’s oil using a soft cloth to condition.
