Julie Taboulie’s Lebanese Kitchen guarantees the highest quality standard in carefully manufacturing our custom cooking collection. We are proud of the craftsmanship and stand behind our products and talented skilled artisans. A tremendous amount of time, thoughtful, and meticulous attention to detail, design, materials, and safety have been applied into the careful construction of our custom hand crafted products. This is our top priority and our pledge to you. Producing and providing top-of-the-line professional and superior performing products.
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and immediately notify us of any delivery damage and we will arrange for a prompt replacement upon review. Our products are hand crafted by artisans in America and abroad. Products may vary due to the handmade nature of each product. Please note that damage does not constitute a variation in the wood color or the natural grain pattern in the wood as this is a common characteristic that occurs in the solid wood of each product which makes each piece unique. Discrepancies in the engraved Julie Taboulie brand mark does not qualify as damage or defect of the product and will not be eligible for returns.
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please promptly notify us within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date. Upon receiving your eligible return within thirty (30) days we will review your returned item and notify you of the status. Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the merchandise value, exchange or credit for future purchases. Eligible returns and exchanges must be returned in new condition in which you received the item, unused and unwashed, in the original packaging with all of the original materials to be accepted and processed. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned. Julie Taboulie Personally Signed Edition Cookbook by Julie Taboulie orders are considered FINAL SALE and are therefore ineligible for return, refund or exchange.
We will accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
· Within thirty (30) days, we will issue a refund using the original method of payment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
· After the initial thirty (30) days, you will be issued a merchandise credit.
· Items must be returned in new condition in which you received, unused and unwashed, in the original packaging with all of the original materials to be accepted and processed.
· Items sold as on sale, marked down and discounted are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Credits and Refunds
We will issue a credit or refund in the following ways:
· Within thirty (30 days) and along with an acceptable proof of purchase, the purchase price will be fully refunded using the original method of payment.
· A merchandise credit will be issued for a gift receipt.
· Merchandise credits will expire one year from the date they are issued.
Please note: Gift certificates/cards and store credits are not redeemable for cash. Julie Taboulie’s Lebanese Kitchen is not liable for replacing lost or stolen gift certificates/cards or store credits.
If you discover that you have received an item that was damaged during transit and due to shipping, please save the damaged item, box, and packaging materials. Contact our customer care service as soon as possible and they will help you arrange for a replacement.
Julie Taboulie’s Lebanese Kitchen will not replace, return or exchange any items that are broken, chipped or damaged due to misuse. Our custom cooking collection products should be treated with care as outlined on our website, and in our use and care instructions.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable unless an item is damaged due to shipping.

Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed.
