I am proud to present my authentic recipes from my award-winning cookbook and cooking show series! 

 

My passion and love for Lebanese cuisine and culture has led me to my life calling and career in educating, engaging, and enlightening the world! With its emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients, whole grains and simple healthy cooking techniques, Lebanese cuisine could not be a better complement to the wellness and health-conscious approach to life today, and I thank my lucky Lebanese stars every day that this is the food of my family and my beloved heritage. 

 

As a full-blooded and first generation Lebanese-American, I have been immersed in learning, making and sharing Lebanese cuisine and culture my entire life. Sharing my experience, expertise and energy, I craft authentic Lebanese recipes handed down for centuries and through the generations from my Sitto (grandmother) to my Ima (mother) to me, thankfully placed in my own hands to continue my life’s work of popularizing Lebanese cuisine and culture, and carry on my family’s culinary legacy. 

 

My Julie Taboulie-tested, Mama-approved recipes will provide you with my inspirational and informational headnotes, significant stories and meaningful memories, hands-on instructions, tried and true techniques, tips, and tricks for you to successfully recreate my recipes right at home --- as if I was cooking right beside you!
